At Deco Drive Cigars, your smoking pleasure is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (not including shipping and tax fees). If you smoked more than one cigar, you will be partially refunded according to the number of cigars smoked or the number of cigars missing from the original order.
Original shipping will be refunded when either of the following is true:
- Wrong item shipped due to our error
- Damaged in transit
Here is how the returns process works:
1. Email: You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Phone: Call us at 1-888-559-3370 and choose the Customer Service Department Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 5:00PM EST
2. Please pack the cigars securely in a clean, odor-free box suitable for shipping.
3. Write Order # on the outside of the package.
4. Ship package within 10 days from date RMA# was generated to the following address:
- Attn: Return Department

Miami Beach, FL 33139-2822 5.
5. Wait until item is received and inspected. Refund will go back directly to credit card of purchase.
Notice: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for packages returned by the shipping carriers due to missing delivery attempts, package rejection, or incorrect address. Customer must call within 30 days from purchase date for redelivery to a new address or issue a refund.
If there are any promotional items or free items with the order, these items must be returned as well for a full refund.
All merchandise shipped from Deco Drive Cigars leaves the warehouse in perfect condition. If there is a quality problem, please contact us within 72 hours.
Collectable items on limited serial number sales, such as OpusX Cigars, are non refundable.
Partially smoked, cut, unwrapped, damaged, or broken cigars are non refundable. Deco Drive Cigars reserves the right to issue partial credit or no credit for those cigars returned in unacceptable condition.
