Returns & Replacements
At Deco Drive Cigars, your smoke pleasure is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the cigars purchased, you can return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (not including shipping and taxes fees). If you smoked more than one cigar, you will be partially refunded according the number of cigars smoked or missing on the original order.
Original shipping will be refunded only when one of the following is true
- Wrong item was shipped due to our error
- Damaged by carrier during transit

Notice: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
If there is any promotional item or free item with the order. These items must be returned as well for a full refund.
All merchandise shipped from Deco Drive Cigars leaves the warehouse in perfect condition. If there is a quantity problem, please contact us within 72 hours.
Collectables items on limited serial number sales, are not returnable.
Partially smoked, cutted, unwrapped, damaged or broken cigars are not returnable. Deco Drive Cigars reserves the right to issue partial credit or no credit for those cigars returned in unacceptable condition.

Easy steps to order
- Browse through website and click “Add to Cart” on the items you would like to purchase
- Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase, go to the shopping cart by clicking My Cart on the top right corner of the website
- Make sure all items and quantities are correct and click on Proceed to Checkout
- Once on the checkout page you will be asked to register, login, or if you would not like to register, you can proceed as a guest, we recommend you create an account.
- Enter your shipping and personal information by following our secure checkout steps

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are done by credit card on our secure website. Wire Transfers, personal checks or money orders are not accepted. For payment instructions please call us.

Cigar Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
The cigar prices on the website includes tobacco federal taxes, it does not include state tax. 7% state tax is applied if you buying in the State of Florida.
Viewing Orders
If you have ordered as a registered user, follow these easy steps to view your order
- Click on the My Account link on the top of our website
- Login with your email and password. If you don’t remember your password click on Forgot Your Password? link
- Under the My Account menu on the left, Click My Orders.
- Then simply view your order by clicking View order on the right side.
If you have made a purchase as a guest, the only way to see your order is through the automated e-mail that is sent to you when you made the order.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, such as name, email, or password, follow these easy steps
- Click on the My Account link on the top of our website
- Login with your email and password. If you don’t remember your password click on Forgot Your Password? link
- Under the My Account menu on the left, Click on the “Account Information” link.
- Then simply review your account information and change it accordantly.
- Once you have made the changes click the Save button
To update your address information, such as shipping or billing, follow these easy steps
- Click on the My Account link on the top of our website
- Login with your email and password. If you don’t remember your password click on Forgot Your Password? link
- Under the My Account menu on the left, Click on the “Address Book” link.
- If you need to change the billing address, click on Change Billing Address. If you need to change the shipping address, click on Change Shipping Address
- Then simply review your address information and change it accordantly.
- Once you have made the changes click the Save button
